Croatia: JANAF signs oil transport and storage contracts with MOL

Croatian state-owned oil transportation company JANAF has signed agreements with Hungarian oil and gas company MOL for the transportation and storage of crude oil. Under the contracts, JANAF will transport 2.1 million tons of oil by the end of 2025 and will store an unspecified amount of crude oil at its OmiĊĦalj and Sisak terminals until the end of 2027. The financial details of the agreements have not been disclosed.

JANAF operates a 631-kilometer oil pipeline network in Croatia and owns multiple oil terminals, with a total storage capacity of 1.94 million cubic meters of crude oil and 220,000 cubic meters of petroleum products.
