Croatia: HROTE announced Guarantees of Origin auctions

HROTE and CROPEX announce six Guarantees of Origin (GoOs) auctions which will be held on 4th October 2023. On announced auctions GoOs from wind, biomass and biogas will be sold.

A total of 58,036 Guarantees of Origin for the electricity produced outside the Incentive System will be sold on CROPEX’s IT trading platform:

  • Guarantees of Origin auction for GOs from the wind power plants with commissioning date from 09-2010 to 02-2012 (electricity produced in July and August 2023)
  • Guarantees of Origin auction for GOs from the wind power plants with commissioning date from 09-2010 to 02-2012 (electricity produced in Q2 2023)
  • Guarantees of Origin auction for GOs from the biomass power plants with commissioning date from 09-2011 whose installed capacity is less than 5 MW (electricity produced in July and August 2023)
  • Guarantees of Origin auction for GOs from the biomass power plants with commissioning date from 09-2011 whose installed capacity is less than 5 MW (electricity produced in Q2 2023)
  • Guarantees of Origin auction for GOs from the biogas power plants with commissioning date from 12-2015 to 05-2019 whose installed capacity is less than 3 MW (electricity produced in July and August 2023)
  • Guarantees of Origin auction for GOs from the biogas power plants with commissioning date from 04-2012 to 05-2019 whose installed capacity is less than 3 MW (electricity produced in Q2 2023).
