Region, Spot prices on Friday around 209 euros per MWh

The day before, the prices for delivery on Friday, May 20, 2022, on the electricity exchanges in Southeast Europe were around 208-209 euros per MWh.

The spot price on the Serbian stock exchange SEEPEX on Friday increased by 1 euro compared to the previous day, to 209.28 euros per MWh.

The Bulgarian and Romanian markets crashed on Friday, with a price of 208.36 euros per MWh. That is 14 euros more than on Thursday.

The Hungarian price was reduced by 1 euro, to 209.35 euros per MWh on Friday.

On the Slovenian and Croatian stock exchanges, the spot price on Friday is 208.7 euros per MWh, which is about 12 euros less than the previous day.

The Greek price was increased by 10 euros, to 219.12 euros per MWh.

According to EPEX SPOT, day-ahead prices in Central and Western Europe on Friday range from 146.07 euros per MWh in Poland to 213.02 euros per MWh in the Netherlands.
