EnC’s dispute settlement procedures against N. Macedonia and Serbia for lack of transposition of the EIA Directive

The Energy Community (EnC) Secretariat submitted Reasoned Requests to the Ministerial Council against Moldova, North Macedonia and Serbia for the lack of transposition of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Directive 2014/52/EU amending Directive 2011/92/EU on the assessment of the effects of certain public and private projects on the environment. The deadline foreseen by the Energy Community acquis for transposition was 1 January 2019.
