The sale and purchase agreement was signed through Talesun Solar Switzerland AG and Talesun Solar Bucharest, two units of Jiangsu Zhongli’s subsidiary Talesun Solar.

Zhongli Group, founded in 1988, mainly engages in manufacturing of optical cables, power and communication cables, solar cells and their components, as well as in the investment, construction and operation of solar power plants.
