Region: Spot prices on Wednesday 225-240 euros per MWh

The day before, delivery prices on Wednesday, April 20, 2022, on electricity exchanges in Southeast Europe ranged from 226.07 euros per MWh in Slovenia and Croatia to 241.1 euros per MWh in Bulgaria, Romania and Hungary.

The spot price on the Serbian stock exchange SEEPEX on Wednesday increased by 4 euros compared to Tuesday, to 236.06 euros per MWh.

The Bulgarian, Romanian and Hungarian markets plunged on Wednesday with a price of 241.1 euros per MWh and decreased by 4 euros compared to Tuesday.

On the Slovenian and Croatian stock exchanges, the spot price on Wednesday is 226.07 euros per MWh, which is about 3 euros less than on Tuesday.

Greek stock market data were not released on time.

According to EPEX SPOT, day-ahead prices in Central and Western Europe on Wednesday range from 135.4 euros per MWh in Poland to 209.67 euros per MWh in Switzerland.
