North Macedonia: Oilko KDA shares trade in block deal

An equity stake of 0.2% in North Macedonia’s fuel storage and transport company Oilko KDA traded in a 3 million denars (48,725 euros) block transaction on the Skopje stock exchange, bourse data showed.

A total of 500 shares in Oilko changed hands at 6,000 denars each in the block deal, the bourse data showed.

Oilko’s total equity capital of 1.5 billion denars is divided into 250,923 shares with a par value of 6,000 denars each.

Oilko’s shares have not changed hands in regular trading on the MSE in the past year, seenews.com reported.
