North Macedonia, Makpetrol posted non-consolidated net profit of 8.6 million euros in H1 2022

Macedonian fuel retail company Makpetrol posted non-consolidated net profit of 8.6 million euros in the first half of 2022, compared to a profit of 3.4 million euros in the same period last year.

The company’s operating revenues increased by 84 % to 264 million euros in the first six months of the year, while operating expenses also rose by 82 %, reaching 256 million euros in the same period. Domestic sales rose by 77 % to 250 million euros, while sales on the foreign markets more than quadrupled to 13.8 million euros.

Makpetrol posted non-consolidated net profit of 22.7 million euros in 2021, compared to 5.7 million euros net profit in the previous year. The company’s operating revenues increased by 34 % to 362 million euros in 2021, while operating expenses also rose by 27 %, reaching 339.5 million euros. Domestic sales rose by 27 % to 334.5 million euros, while sales on the foreign markets more than doubled reaching 11.5 million euros in 2021.

Makpetrol operates a network of over a hundred petrol stations in North Macedonia. The company also has units in neighboring Serbia and Greece.
