Montenegro: Green light for 225 MW solar park in Savnik

Sunrise Europe has received an approval to build a solar park with a total installed capacity of 225 MW in Savnik municipality.

The company obtained an urban planning and technical conditions for the project, and now the Environmental Protection Agency has given its approval for the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) study.

The solar park will be built on parcels with a total area of about 275 hectares, with the panel area covering around 104 hectares. All parcels are owned by the investor.

Photovoltaic modules made of mono-crystalline silicon, with an output power of 670 Wp. The panels have an energy conversion efficiency of 21.6 %.
