FBiH, Deadline for construction of wind farms extended from three to five years

At the proposal of the Federal Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry, the Government of the Federation of BiH amended the Decree on Encouraging the Production of Electricity from Renewable Energy Sources and Efficient Cogeneration and Determining Incentive Fees.

In this way, the deadline for the construction of wind farms, their connection to the network and obtaining a use permit has been extended from three to five years, the FBiH government said.

The Federal Ministry states that based on the talks with the investors who received the energy permit, their explanation for the need to extend the deadline so that the projects could be completed was justified.

After the analysis of the procedure for collecting the necessary documentation for investors for energy permits and construction permits, it was stated that it is necessary to extend the deadline by two years.
