Croatia, Professio Energia said that it has signed agreements on the acquisition of two companies

Croatian renewable energy company Professio Energia said that it has signed agreements on the acquisition of two companies – PR Global Danilo and Vjetroelektrana Rudine, which own several wind farms in Croatia with combined installed capacity of 77.7 MW.

PR Global Danilo owns three wind farms in the Sibenik-Knin County: Danilo, Bubrig and Crni Vrh, with combined installed capacity of 43.7 MW. Vjetroelektrana Rudine owns 44 MW wind farm Rudine in the Dubrovnik-Neretva County. Both companies are owned by Austrian RP Global group. The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Professio Energia said that with this acquisition it continues the process of further development and future construction of RES power plants, which is one of its strategic goals.

Professio Energia is the first renewable energy company listed on the Zagreb Stock Exchange in October 2019.
