Croatia: Net electricity production amounted to 1.27 TWh in February

Net electricity production in Croatia reached 1,272 GWh in February 2024, down from 1,406 GWh in the same month of 2023, according to the statistical office data. Electricity production in February was lower compared to January (1,519 GWh).

Electricity imports rose to 884 GWh in February from 813 GWh in the same month of 2023, whereas exports declined to 678 GWh from 685 GWh.

On a monthly comparison basis, electricity imports dropped 0.7%, while exports went down 4.1%.

Electricity made available to the domestic market amounted to 1,465 GWh in February, down from 1,682 GWh in January, and lower compared to 1,521 GWh in February 2023.
