Croatia launches tender for €147 million Bosiljevo–Sisak gas pipeline

Plinacro, Croatia’s gas transmission system operator, has launched a tender for the construction of the Bosiljevo–Sisak main gas pipeline, valued at €147 million. The deadline for bid submissions is April 29.

The project will be executed under a turnkey model, encompassing civil engineering, mechanical assembly, welding, electrical and instrumentation work, cathodic protection, surveying, and the supply and installation of all required equipment and materials. Completion is expected within 14 months from the start date.

The new pipeline, an extension of the recently completed Zlobin–Bosiljevo pipeline, is a closed technological system made of steel pipes with a nominal diameter of DN 800, designed to operate at a pressure of 100 bar. It will be installed underground along its entire 101-kilometer route.

Traversing Karlovac and Sisak-Moslavina counties, the pipeline will pass through several municipalities, including Bosiljevo, Generalski Stol, Barilović, Krnjak, Vojnić, Gvozd, and Topusko, as well as the cities of Glina, Petrinja, and Sisak. It will be laid within the corridor of the existing JANAF crude oil pipeline.
