Croatia, JANAF has signed long-term deal for storage of oil derivatives with Delta-Oil

Croatian state-owned oil transportation company JANAF said that it has signed long-term deal for storage of oil derivatives with local fuel retailer Delta-Oil.

The agreement envisages the storage of 20,000 cubic meters of oil derivatives at Omisalj terminal on the island of Krk, valid until 15 August 2027.

JANAF recorded a net profit in the amount of 20.8 million euros in the first half of 2022, which is a 15.7 % increase compared to the same period last year. The company’s revenues amounted to 55.4 million euros in the first six months of the year, which is 10.2 % more than last year and 21.1 % more than planned for this year. On the other hand, expenses rose by 5.9 % to 30 million euros due to increased amortization costs.

JANAF operates 631 kilometers of oil pipeline in Croatia and owns several oil terminals, with total storage capacity of 1.94 million cubic meters of oil and 220,000 cubic meters of petroleum products.
