Croatia: Ina to pay a dividend of 24 euros per share

At the General Assembly of INA, the annual consolidated and non-consolidated financial report with the Independent Auditor’s Report for 2023, the Report on the State of the Company and INA Group in 2023 and the Supervisory Board’s Report on the supervision performed in 2023 were presented to the shareholders.

In 2023, Ina achieved a net profit of EUR 224 million. Part of the net profit in the amount of 11.2 million euros will be distributed to legal reserves. The dividend will be paid in the amount of 240 million euros, which is 24 euros per share.

The dividend will be paid from part of the Company’s net profit from 2023 in the amount of EUR 212.8 million and the retained profit from 2022 in the amount of EUR 27.2 million. All shareholders who are registered in the depository of the Central Clearing Depository Company on June 19, 2024, acquire the right to dividend payment until July 12, 2024.

The last price of the INA share on the Zagreb Stock Exchange was EUR 510.
