Croatia: HROTE and CROPEX to hold guarantees of origin auctions for wind power

HROTE and CROPEX have announced an upcoming auction for guarantees of origin (GOs) set to take place on October 29, 2024. During this auction, a total of 169,943 GOs will be offered, specifically for electricity generated from wind power.

The GOs available will pertain to electricity produced from wind power plants that were commissioned between December 2014 and May 2020, covering the output from the third quarter of 2024. The auction will be conducted on CROPEX’s IT trading platform.
