Croatia: Guarantees of origin auctions results ,GOs from biomass sold for the first time

GOs auctions were organized as three parallel auctions and for the first time GOs from biomass were sold on auctions, along with wind GOs. Croatian energy exchange CROPEX said that on guarantees of origin (GO) auctions for electricity from incentivized producers, that was held on 16 March 2020, entire amount of 296,348 Guarantees of Origin was sold on three separate auctions.
Wind GOs auctions were organized as two separate auctions. On the auction for GOs from the wind power plants with commissioning date from 1 April 2015 total of 102,029 GOs were sold at the price of 1.01 euros/GO. On the auction for GOs from the wind power plants with commissioning date before 1 April 2015 total of 125,092 GOs were sold at the price of 0.20 euros/GO.
On the auction for GOs from the biomass power plants, with commissioning date from 1 April 2015, total of 69,227 GOs were sold at the price of 1.11 euros/GO.
