Croatia: Gas prices for commercial consumers to be increased

The prices for guaranteed gas supply for end customers in the business category, for the period from 1 October until 31 December will increase, according to the decision of the Croatian Energy Regulatory Agency (HERA).

The cost of gas procurement for all distribution areas amounts to 0.0382 euros/kWh, and the supply cost costs 0.0071 euros/kWh. Starting from 1 October until the end of 2023, the cost of gas procurement will increase to 0.0455 euros/kWh, while the supply cost remains the same.

Guaranteed supply is a service provided to commercial customers who fail to pay their gas bills or those who have lost their gas supplier. The price of guaranteed supply is regulated by HERA, with the aim of making it competitive so that customers can find a market supplier. The guaranteed supply service is provided by HEP Plin.
