Croatia: CROPEX announced guarantees of origin auctions

CROPEX and ENNA announced new guarantees of origin (GO) auctions GOs from wind, biomass and biogas. Auctions will take place on 17 May on CROPEX’s IT trading platform.

34,916 GOs for the electricity produced outside the support scheme will be sold on five auctions:

– The auction for GOs from the wind power plants with a commissioning date in February 2012 (electricity produced in February and March 2023);

– the auction for GOs from the biomass power plants with a commissioning date in September 2011, whose installed capacity is less than 5 MW (electricity produced in November and December 2022);

– the auction for GOs from the biomass power plants with a commissioning date in September 2011, whose installed capacity is less than 5 MW (electricity produced in January, February and March 2023);

– the auction for GOs from the biogas power plants with commissioning date from August 2016 till May 2019, whose installed capacity is less than 3 MW (electricity produced in November and December 2022); and

– the auction for GOs from the biogas power plants with commissioning date from August 2016 till May 2019, whose installed capacity is less than 3 MW (electricity produced in January, February and March 2023).
