Bulgaria: Electricity network reconstruction tender launched by CEZ Distribution

A tender for low-voltage electricity  repair works is  launched by Bulgarian electricity distributor CEZ Distribution.
According to the tender notice, network reconstruction and construction works will be carried out on the territory of eight regions – Blagoevgrad, Pernik, Kyustendil, Vratsa, Lovech, Montana, Vidin, and Pleven. The tender is worth 2.2 million euros and is divided into six lots. Each of the interested companies can submit an offer for one lot only and they are required to prove that they have all the necessary equipment and enough employees to carry out the needed works. The deadline for submitting offers is 23 April. CEZ Distribution Bulgaria also launched a tender for five-year framework agreements for the supply of insulated power cables, worth up to 5.3 million euros.

The contract envisages the supply of eight types of power cables and the company intends to sign deals with up to five bidders. The deadline for submitting offers is 13 April and bids will be ranked solely based on price.
