Bulgaria: Heating utility Toplofikatsiya Ruse’s listing approved

In 2020, Toplofikatsiya Ruse recorded a net profit in the amount of 2.7 million euros, down from 5.7 million euros net profit recorded in the previous year. The company’s revenues fell to 37 million euros last year, from 42.5 million euros in 2019.

The Bulgarian Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) said that it has approved a prospectus of heating utility Toplofikatsiya Ruse for listing of its shares on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange. The statement from the FSC said that Toplofikatsiya Ruse has a registered capital of 14.5 million euros, divided into an equal number of shares. Last month, FSC requested the heating utility to provide additional document and information regarding its listing plans.
