Bosnia and Herzegovina: RiTE Gacko issues tenders for key repairs and upgrades ahead of major overhaul

RiTE Gacko, the coal mine and thermal power plant, has announced a series of tenders in preparation for a significant overhaul planned for this year. The tenders are aimed at selecting contractors for various critical projects at the facility.

One of the tenders focuses on repairs to the piping system of the boiler plant, with an allocated budget of approximately 160,000 euros, excluding VAT. Another tender is dedicated to the reconstruction of the flue gas section, with 190,000 euros (excluding VAT) set aside for the work. Additionally, a third tender seeks a contractor for repairs to the boiler plant’s ventilation mills, with a planned budget of 160,000 euros, also excluding VAT.

The company plans to finance these projects using its own funds. The deadline for submitting bids for the first tender is set for April 24, while the submission deadlines for the other two tenders are April 23.
