BiH to award a concession for a 100 MW solar power plant Seline

The Government of the Herzeg-Bosnia Canton adopted a decision on the construction of a solar power plant in Tomislavgrad, with an installed capacity of 100 MW. Based on the proposal from the Ministry of Economy, the Government adopted the proposal for a decision on commencing the concession award procedure.

The concession should be awarded through a competitive bidding process via a public call, following the provisions of the Concessions Law of the Herzeg-Bosnia Canton and the Regulation on concession awards.

The construction of a solar power plant called Seline is planned by local company Insolar. It is expected to be completed and connected to the network by the end of 2024.
