Bosnia and Herzegovina: Central Bosnia Canton launches tender for Komar wind farm development

The Ministry of Economy of the Central Bosnia Canton has issued a public call inviting bids for a concession to develop the Komar wind farm, located in the Goles community within the municipality of Travnik.

The project involves constructing and operating a wind farm. The chosen developer will receive the right to use the site and manage the facility under a concession agreement lasting up to 30 years from the contract signing date.

The concession will require a fee of at least 1.5% of the total value of the electricity generated, calculated based on the current purchase price of renewable energy.

Eligible bidders must be legal entities established under the laws of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. They must also be officially registered for activities related to the concession and have the necessary technical staff and equipment to carry out the project.

Interested parties have 30 days from the publication of the public call to submit their proposals.
