Clarion Engineers Wins Two New Contracts for 80MW wind and 300MW solar projects, Owners Engineer and works supervison

Clarion Owners Engineer, a leading Serbian engineering and consulting firm specializing in energy and industrial projects, has signed two significant new contracts with private investors to provide Owner’s Engineer (OE) and supervision of works services for major renewable energy developments.

The newly signed agreements encompass two separate projects, solidifying Clarion’s position as a premier partner for energy transition infrastructure in the region. Both projects are structured under FIDIC Yellow Book and Employer’s Representative frameworks, ensuring international standards in quality, compliance, and project execution.

The first project involves an 80 MW wind power plant located in a mountainous region, featuring a complex scope that includes the construction of grid network facilities and supporting auxiliary infrastructure. The second is a 300 MW solar park paired with battery storage systems, also including associated grid connections and infrastructure.

Under the contracts, Clarion Owners Engineer will provide comprehensive services including:

• Technical advisory throughout the project lifecycle

• Supervision of works and contract compliance in line with FIDIC conditions

• Full oversight of Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) and Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) requirements

• Compliance management and risk mitigation strategies

These new projects expand Clarion’s already robust portfolio. The company is currently engaged in two other major energy initiatives: a 150 MW wind park and a waste-to-energy facility, both for private international investors.

Clarion Owners Engineer brings together a team of seasoned professionals with top-tier expertise in renewable energy and heavy industry. With a proven track record in delivering complex infrastructure projects, the firm offers full-cycle project management and engineering consultancy tailored to meet the evolving demands of the global energy sector.
