North Macedonia: Okta’s net profit declined to 3.1 million euros in 2023

Macedonia-based oil refinery Okta announced that its net profit declined by 65% in 2023 to 191.7 million denars (3.1 million euros).

In the same period, the company’s sales revenue dropped 18% to 49.2 million denars, the company said in an annual financial statement.

The cost of goods sold fell to 48.1 billion denars in 2023 from 58.4 billion denars in 2022.

Okta, a member of the Hellenic Petroleum Group, owns crude oil refining facilities with nameplate capacity of 2.5 million metric tonnes and storage facilities with a total capacity of 350 million litres.
