Croatia, CROPEX and HROTE announced guarantees of origin (GO) auctions

Croatian energy exchange CROPEX and energy market operator HROTE announced guarantees of origin (GO) auctions from biomass and wind for 25 July 2022.

A total of 334,179 Guarantees of Origin for the electricity produced by the incentivized producers will be sold on CROPEX’s IT trading platform on 25 July 2022 as three separate auctions:

– Guarantees of origin auction for GOs from the wind power plants with commissioning date from 1 April 2015 (electricity produced in April, May and June 2022);

– Guarantees of origin auction for GOs from the wind power plants with commissioning date older than 1 April 2015 (electricity produced in April, May and June 2022);

– Guarantees of origin auction for GOs from the biomass power plants with commissioning date from 1 April 2015 whose installed capacity is less than 5 MW (electricity produced in April, May and June 2022).
