Average daily traded volume in July amounted to 73,390.3 MWh. The average price of electricity on day-ahead market of the Hungarian energy exchange HUPX amounted to 36.68 euros/MWh in July 2020, which is 22.39 % higher compared to the previous month, when average baseload price amounted to 29.97 euros/MWh. Average HUPX DAM peak price amounted to 38.71 euros/MWh in July, 21.72 % higher compared to June peak price. Traded volume in July reached 2.292 million MWh, which is 13.03 % more than in June (2.03 million MWh). The total value of transactions in July amounted to 84.17 million euros, which is 39.39 % higher than in the previous month (60.38 million euros).
